Before the Coffee Gets Cold

Before the Coffee Gets Cold by Toshikazu Kawaguchi, a story that explores the intricacies of time traveling, missed opportunities, and second chances. In my book redesign, I placed strong emphasis on expressive typography to tell a visual story.

Dynamic composition of text and the imagery of an overflowing cup of coffee encapsulates the metaphor of time slipping away. As the cup fills beyond its capacity, it visually conveys time exceeding its limits, emphasizing the tension and urgency of the fleeting nature of moments and opportunites in life.
